We will restart international shipping to some countries. Depending on the products, there are restrictions on the countries where we can ship. Please make sure your country accepts international shipping before ordering.

Our Cat Kicker Toys are made to order. Please allow 3-5 business days before it will be ready to ship.

International Shipping

We ship worldwide.
All orders will be shipped from Japan Post Office by ePacket(Small Packet), which included the Tracking number from Japan. The shipping cost will be added for each order automatically.

Estimated shipping times

• US: 10-14 business days
• UK: 10-14 business days
• Asia: 7-10 business days

We’ll do my best to meet these shipping estimates but cannot guarantee them.

IMPORTANT NOTE

• We ship always with a tracking number. All shipments will require a signature on delivery. There is a slight chance that your package may be delayed if no one is present at the time of delivery.
