Please note that cat toys are sent from Japan and there is a separate shipping fee for them. Other products (mugs, phone cases, etc.) are printed and sent directly from the US and the shipping is free.

Refund

We cannot refund the following: ・ Made-to-order Products (mugs, etc) eligible for free shipping. ・In case the product is returned to our store or US supplier because the recipient was absent or for any other reasons.

Cancellation

Products eligible for free shipping (mugs, etc) are made to order. Since the production begins straight after receiving the order, we can’t accept cancellation.
